We want you to love your piece at home. Here are our terms, plainly:
Pieces from the warehouse
- Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the piece is unused and in its original condition.
- Message us and we collect it from your home: free in Dubai, and for the same delivery fee from the other emirates.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the piece reaching our warehouse.
- A damaged or wrong piece is replaced free of charge.
Made-to-order pieces
Because they are made in the fabric and size you chose, they can only be returned if they arrive with a manufacturing fault, which we repair or replace free of charge.
Warranty
Two years on wooden frames and structures, and one year on fabrics and foam, against manufacturing faults.
Fabric swatches
Free, and there is no need to return them.
